Anna Harley has a pony named Acorn and she has a friend, Lulu Sanders. She has a pony , named Snow White. This day Anna came to the pony shed, behind her backyard. She saw that Acorn was staring at a fluffy black cat with white paws. The cat stared back at Acorn. Lulu stepped into the shed and asked Anna whose cat it was, but Anna didn’t know. Just when Pam Crandal , another Pony Pal, rode her pony  Lighting into the shed, Anna asked her if she knew that cat, but got the same answer. They took the cat to Pam’s father to see if he knew whose cat it was. But he didn’t know either. Pam’s father was a vet and he took care of animals that needed help. Therefore, the Pony Pals were very worried about cat and where he would sleep tonight? Pam suggested that they draw a poster and see if anyone lost it. Soon, the posters were finished. When they were ready to put posters in town, they couldn’t find the cat, because the cat was sitting on Acorn! (They were the same color!) When they finished the work, they were talking about the cute black cat in their sleeping bags. In the middle of the night, Anna heard the three ponies screaming. She woke Lulu and Pam and rushed down to see what happened in the paddock. It was snowing, and the ponies were running along the fence. The Pony Pals ran to comfort their ponies but Acorn didn’t calm down. Nevertheless, Anna’s friends had already headed back to sleep. Anna thought, “What does he want to show me?” She let Acorn go and found out that the Crandal’s Clinic was on fire! And Acorn’s new friend was inside! Thankfully, every animal in the Clinic was saved.
