My first time to Europe
P6 Alvin
In 2012, it was my first time to Europe.
It was chillier in Vienna, Austria today than back home in Taiwan. This was my first time in Europe and I was really excited. Today was the first day and it was a snowy day. I woke up at six-thirty in the morning. I wore a sweater and a jacket because it’s so cold. I ate eggs for my breakfast. Their eggs were delicious. I couldn’t get enough. After breakfast, I was ready to go.
I saw many things for the first time in Europe. One of them was a big castle. This was the first time I’d ever seen a real castle in my life. It looked like the castle in Disney Land but much bigger. It was so wide that I couldn’t take a picture of the whole thing at one time. Inside the castle, there were many different kinds of rooms and pictures of the King’s family. There were also a few figures of Knights. They looked so real! I bought a magnet that has a picture of the castle on it. I put it on the refrigerator when I got home. Then I had to leave to get on the bus. By then, I was so hungry and I couldn’t wait to have dinner.
After dinner, we came back to rest. The first day in Europe for me was so much fun. I saw lots of new things. I couldn’t wait to learn about the history of Europe.
Tomorrow, we are going to explore the city sight in Vienna. I was told that we’d see airplane models and visit some beautiful rivers. I’m so excited for the next day! This is the trip that I’ll never forget.
